I’ve helped two construction companies increase and optimize their presence on social media.
The largest heavy highway construction company in Georgia
We built a strategy focused on highlighting our employee’s commitment and attention to detail, as well as explaining the work C.W. Matthews does
I created weekly posts and polls including the “Tuesday Trivia”, which was a quiz question about different aspects of the highway construction industry.
I also created “Monday Motivations” which were aesthetically pleasing photographs in a polaroid style that included bible verses sent in by employees across the company. CW Matthews is founded on Christian principles and they still heavily influence the company today.
I also traveled to the different divisions and posted “day in the life” stories to give our audience a greater insight into what Quality Control does vs Major Projects etc.

This company takes a lot of pride in doing tough jobs well, and if presented properly, social media will help win more work.
Just like CW, Faulconer is also about their people. I created over 20 captions and photos about employees who exemplify Faulconer’s LITE (Legacy, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence) motto.
